Unequal impact of COVID-19 on vulnerable communities Live Webinar Event

A UK-Bangladesh-US Collaboration conference will be conducted and broadcast live using video technology from the Innovation Centre at Kent & Canterbury on 6th August 2021. The conference will be chaired by SWBF Global Ambassador Dr Mohamed Sakel (FRCP, UK) with an invited panel and guest speakers. Panel guests include Dr Dipu Moni, MP, Hon Education Minister and, Professor & Dr. Andrew Haig from the US. Professor & Dr. Anton Emmanuel, FRCP will present data and information on cultural transformation within the NHS and Professor Kim Manley, CBE will present an update on neuro-rehabilitation research work relating to Brain Injury Care in Kent and Medway. Dr. Sakel will present new research data from a large collaborative project on Long COVID in Bangladesh. The programme is being co-ordinated by SWBF Global Therapy lead Karen Saunders.

How to join this live conference event:

The video conference software used is called Webex by Cisco and is freely available to all to download for free from the internet onto all pc systems. Simply google “Cisco Webex” which will bring you to their main website –

The software can then be downloaded free of charge onto the pc system via-

After downloading the software, simply go to the “Start for Free” button on the main website, enabling an individual to register and open a free account linked to their email address.

To join the meeting, then simply go into your free registered account on a relevant day at the relevant time, and simply enter the meeting e-link on the flyer into the meeting ID box in your account.
